17 weeks

This week has been quite busy.  I've been doing very well.  I'm tired, but I don't know any teacher who isn't tired right now.  I got quite a few nods this week, as in my tummy is noticable to the outside world now and not just to myself.  I'm still waiting to feel the baby moving around in there, no such luck yet.

Dallas had a great week this week as well.  He had his first soccer practice of the fall season.  He has his same coach he had last spring; he's fantastic!  That's why we drive all the way to Bentwater across the lake to go to practice.  David says it would be shorter to just take the boat.

Dallas begins soccer practice with a few drills.

Coach Tom teaches the kids to kick like penguins.

Wow, it's hot.

Monster kick made with utter concentration.

Dallas also had his first game this Saturday as well.  He played a great game.

Dallas is running to follow his kick on the field.

"Which one is your goal kids?" And it looks like they all know!

Game over, time for snack.
