15 weeks

Surviving the second week of kindergarten and seventh grade must mean one thing, and one thing only, it's time to go to Granny's and swim for Labor Day.  Considering Dallas hasn't seen the pool since the end of July when I started working again, he went nuts.  Don't let that handsome face fool you, he was a mess.
He splashed everyone in and out of the pool excluding his relaxing Mom, who threatened no Scooby-Doo on Scooby-Doo weekend on Boomerang.  Thankfully, this worked and I was left alone to relax in

peace.  (Notice the extremely wrinkled, yet supercool, "Future Aggie" shirt with the arrow pointing to the tummy.  I'm still hoping for pink in there, 4 more weeks, come on!

As my little fish continued swimming, I realized how exhausted two weeks of 113 seventh graders had made me.  They are good kids, there are just 113 of them.  Why am I complaining?  I had 128 last year.  So we came home, I crashed on the couch, where I remained for quite some time.  I'm hoping that exhaustion/nausea at night goes away soon.  I'm waiting for that miracle day all these moms are telling me about when you wake and "POOF" you're a new woman.  Until then, enjoy more pictures of fish Dallas.
